  • Delivery Guarantees: While we wish we could promise an exact arrival time, we cannot “guarantee” delivery dates. Factors like distance, local traffic, and regional logistics can sometimes cause variations.

2. Keeping You Informed

  • Delays: If we anticipate a delay due to stock availability or unexpected events (like natural calamities), we will reach out to you immediately via your registered email or mobile number.
  • Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, we will email you the name of the courier and a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

3. Shipping Charges & Perks

We want to make our products accessible while covering the costs of safe transport.

  • Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated and clearly shown during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹9,999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, COD is available for orders above ₹1,000.
  • Final Price: Any additional charges will be transparently displayed at checkout before you pay.

4. Your Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery, we ask for your help with the following:

  • Accurate Address: Please double-check your postal address during registration. We cannot be held liable for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided to us.
