1. Our Promise on Product Honesty

We pour our hearts into making sure every photo, price, and description is accurate. However, because our products often involve natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship, there might be slight variations.

Colors & Textures: Your screen settings might make a color look slightly different than it does in person. We do our best, but we can’t guarantee an exact digital-to-physical match.
Pricing: We’re human! If we accidentally list a price incorrectly, we’ll reach out to you. You’ll always have the choice to confirm at the right price or cancel the order.

2. Shopping With Us

When you place an order, you’ll get an acknowledgment email from us. This just means we’ve received your request. The official “contract” between us is finalized only when we hand your package over to the courier and send you a dispatch confirmation.

Availability: Sometimes an item sells out faster than the website can update. If that happens, we’ll let you know immediately and you won’t be charged for the missing item.
Why an order might be cancelled: We rarely have to do this, but it could happen if an item is out of stock, if there’s a payment issue, or if there’s a delivery restriction in your area.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We’ve partnered with DELHIVERY to get your sacred items to you safely.

Signature Required: To make sure your package doesn’t go missing, our couriers usually require a signature. If you aren’t home, they’ll leave a card so you can reschedule.
Patience is Appreciated: During festivals or big sales, things might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you.
Risk: Once the courier delivers the item to your door (or makes three honest attempts), the responsibility for the package shifts to you.

4. Returns & Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is everything to us.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please tell us within 48 hours at contact@https://www.google.com/search?q=tulasistore.com. We will arrange for a pickup and send you the correct replacement right away.
Promotions: If you bought something during a sale and need to return it, the refund will be for the price you paid (the discounted amount), and any free gifts included must be returned too.
