- Signature Required: To make sure your package doesn’t go missing, our couriers usually require a signature. If you aren’t home, they’ll leave a card so you can reschedule.
- Patience is Appreciated: During festivals or big sales, things might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you.
- Risk: Once the courier delivers the item to your door (or makes three honest attempts), the responsibility for the package shifts to you.
4. Returns & Damaged Goods
Your satisfaction is everything to us.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please tell us within 48 hours at contact@https://www.google.com/search?q=tulasistore.com. We will arrange for a pickup and send you the correct replacement right away.
- Promotions: If you bought something during a sale and need to return it, the refund will be for the price you paid (the discounted amount), and any free gifts included must be returned too.
