Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At tulasistore.com, we want your shopping experience to be as peaceful as the products we offer. We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, and we are here to help you through the process of returns and exchanges.

1. When can I return an item?

Because of the nature of our products, we currently accept returns and exchanges only if the item you receive is:

  • Defective or not working as intended.
  • Damaged during the delivery process.
  • The Wrong Color or an entirely different item than what you ordered.

2. The Return Process

If you find yourself with a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know quickly so we can make it right.

  • Notification: Please email us at contact@tulasistore.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Timeframe: The physical return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your package.
  • The “Return Chart”: Every parcel includes a returns chart. Please fill this out completely and include it inside your return package.
  • Shipping it back: Please use a trusted, well-known courier to send the item back to the address listed on your return form.

3. Keeping it Original

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in the same “soulful” condition it arrived in.

  • Condition: It must be unwashed, unused, and in its original state.
  • Completeness: Please include everything that came in the box—labels, price tags, accessories, original packaging, and any freebies we sent your way.

Note on Exceptions: We cannot accept returns if the request is made after our 24-hour window, if items are missing from the package, or if the product shows signs of being used or mishandled.


4. Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you on time. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order before it has shipped:

  • A cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.
  • We will deduct 15% of the order value or a minimum of ₹250 (whichever is higher) from your refund.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

We want to be very transparent about how we handle money-back requests:

Unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange for claim.

  • Exchange First: Once an order is placed, our primary policy is to offer an exchange for the correct item.
  • Refund Eligibility: A full money refund is only provided if the item is lost in transit after being dispatched.
  • The 15-Day Wait: In the event of a lost package, we require a 15-day waiting period to confirm the loss with the courier before the refund is issued.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Prepaid Orders: Credits will go back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
    • COD Orders: We typically issue a gift card or cashback for future use (valid for one year). If you prefer a bank transfer, just send us your details and we will take care of it.
    • Processing Fees: For any approved refund, a minimum processing fee of ₹250 will be deducted (applicable for orders within India).
